Every September, AFL Philippines (PAFL) and the ‘Handlebar Bar & Grill’ becomes the official home of the AFL Grand Final inthe Philippines. Whether you’re an Australian expat, a local footy convert, or a sports fanatic looking for an electric Saturday afternoon, this is the place to be.

- Waitlist Rules & Walk-in Policy: First Registered, First Offered: Spots will be offered strictly in the order registrations are received.
- Walk-in Warning: Walk-ins on the day will be highly unlikely. You are welcome to try on Grand Final Day, but please be fully prepared to be turned away at the door as venue capacity is strictly enforced.

What time do doors open and when does the game start?
Doors open at 10:00 AM (Manila Time) / 12:00 PM AEST.
Pre-game entertainment coverage on the big screens starts at 10:00 AM, and the first bounce is at 12:30 PM (2:30 PM Melbourne time).
We strongly recommend arriving no later than 11:00 AM to in time for the game.
Can my group sit together?
Absolutely. While individual seats are not specifically numbered, we ensure that every group booking is seated together at the same table.
If members of your crew are buying tickets separately, simply specify your group or contact name during registration so we can combine your allocation.
How do I receive my tickets and check in on game day?
Once you upload your GCash or Bank Transfer payment receipt on our website, our team verifies the transaction and sends you an official confirmation email.
On game day, simply state your name or show your confirmation email at the front door to gain entry.
What is included in my ticket?
Your ticket includes guaranteed indoor venue entry and a reserved seat inside Handlebar Bar & Grill.
You also receive one complimentary cold beer or glass of house wine (courtesy of Handlebar) and multiple entry tickets into our official event raffle, giving you multiple chances to win from a massive pool of high-value prizes!
Can I order food and drinks during the event?
Yes! Drinks will be available throughout the day at standard Handlebar pricing.
Handlebar Bar & Grill is also serving a special game day menu featuring classic footy food, pizza’s, and other favourites that you can order directly from your table.
How do the raffle and footy sweeps work?
Your included raffle tickets will be handed to you at the door when you check in.
Additional raffle tickets can be purchased at the venue if you want to boost your chances.
Draws will take place throughout the day and right after the game. We will also run live footy sweeps, including First Goal Scorer, Norm Smith Medalist, and Margin sweeps so bring some loose cash for extra game-day action!
Can I just walk in on game day without a ticket?
Our AFL Grand Final party has completely sold out over the past couple of years.
While walk-ins will be admitted strictly at their own risk subject to venue space, indoor entry cannot be guaranteed without a pre-booked ticket.
We strongly encourage purchasing your tickets online in advance to secure your spot.
What is the age restriction and dress code?
This event is strictly for guests aged 16 years and older.
As for dress code, we encourage everyone to come decked out in their favourite footy gear or sporting colors, whether that’s your club’s AFL guernsey, colours for the two Grand Final teams, or your official AFL Philippines / PAFL apparel!
What is the refund policy if I can no longer attend?
If you can no longer make it, full refunds are available for written cancellation requests sent to footy@aflphilippines.com prior to 5:00 PM PST on Monday, September 21, 2026.
No refunds will be issued after this deadline, as final venue allocations are locked in. However, ticket transfers are more than welcome, you can transfer your ticket to a mate at any time before game day by emailing us their details.
If you cancel after the deadline, we will still honour your included raffle tickets, enter them into the draws on your behalf, and arrange delivery for any prizes you win!
